So today is about health issues that you overcame but it can also be a bit of pretending - to be thankful for a health issue you overcame, even if you haven't yet.
When you focus on illness you will see illness all around it. When you live as if you are healthy and ignore all talk about illness, you're bound to feel better sometime.
Everyone has there hard days and the past few days have been challenging for me - but I'm just sticking it out and trying to get back into a positive mind set.
Example of a Day 6 list:
- Thank you that I overcame my allergies
- Thank you that my skin is clear
- Thank you that all my joints are working perfectly
- Etc..
