Gratitude Day 3

Gratitude Day 3: My Body


This may be a difficult one - but if there isn't 10 things you love about your body, make up 10 things and say thank you for that. E.g. if you think your hips are too big, say "Thank you for my beautiful thin hips". Let's keep it positive!

Example of a day 3 list:
  • Thank you for my beautiful hair.
  • Thank you that I am at my perfect weight
  • Thank you for my soft, smooth and beautiful skin
  • etc...
